Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate must be familiar with processing Personal Injury Claims. Must be able to effectively handle a high-volume auto desk from beginning to end. Meet with clients. Organize and file legal documents. Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills. Professional and positive attitude. Exemplary customer service. Other duties as requested. Should have a high school diploma; 2-3 years of paralegal experience required. Must be computer literate and proficient in word processing. Should have strong administrative and organizational skills; efficient communication skills; ability under pressure. Knowledge of Needles preferred. Workers Comp experience is a plus. Experience working in a personal injury firm preferred. Should preferably have 2 years of personal injury.
