Legal Analyst (Paralegal) The candidate's responsibilities include: Assists lawyers; Conducts research to support legal proceedings; Prepares legal documents; Coordinates law office activity; Files documents with the courts; Communicates with clients; Serves as a liaison between attorneys and the courts. Bachelor's degree - Superior writing and editing skills preferred. Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) preferred. Familiarity with case management and research programs (Clio, Time Matters, WestLaw, etc.) preferred. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under strict deadlines preferred. Excellent communication skills required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy required. Initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to work independently as well as closely with others required. An ability to multitask and prioritize required. Solves problems effectively. Bachelor's preferred.
