Personal Injury Litigation and Pre Lit Legal Assistant/Paralegal Candidate will assist a busy pre-litigation associate attorney and facilitate the daily operations of a professional and dynamic legal team. Work very closely with each other; you must be a team player who can assist others as well as understand when you need assistance. Handle high profile cases and demanding deadlines. Verifying client s insurance coverage. Requesting medical records and bills. Scheduling of doctor s appointments for clients. Preparing demand packages. Preparing settlement documents. Scanning of all documents and filing. Keeping complex schedules. Handling a large volume of files. Qualifications: 3 years' pre-litigation experience required in personal injury law. Highly organized. High level of dedication to clients. Strong phone etiquette. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to take initiative and self-motivate. Excellent proofreading and writing skills. Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
