Trial Preparation Paralegal Responsibilities: Preparation of trial packages. Organizing trial exhibits. Communicating with clients, witnesses and experts. Prepping clients for trial. Qualifications: 5+ years' experience as a paralegal for a personal injury litigation firm, with significant trial preparation experience (this is a deal breaker). Extensive knowledge of personal injury practice and documents (pleadings, BPs, discovery responses, expert testimony, etc.). Ability to speak and read Spanish is a BIG plus. Medical malpractice experience is also a BIG plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented.
