Associate Attorney - Public Finance, with Real Estate The candidate should have substantive legal experience in some, or all, of the following areas is required: real estate, real estate development, municipal utility districts, public improvement districts, public-private partnership in land development, and public law. Must have J.D. from an ABA accredited law school; Should be currently licensed to practice and in good standing in Texas; Preference of 3 years or more of substantive real estate experience; and demonstrated ability to immediately assume a meaningful role and participate in projects and client relationships.
