Associate Attorney, Litigation Candidate will be responsible for handling personal injury claims. Will include handling motions, discovery, depositions, mediation, hearings, etc. Hours are flexible as long as the attorney can cover hearings, depositions and mediations as needed. Should have some experience in litigation, preferably personal injury litigation.
