Corporate Attorney - Associate (Remote) The candidate must have minimum of 3 years experience in a large law firm. Should have strong background in M&A (preferably in the healthcare industry) and general corporate law and experience in formation and structuring of business entities; experience in venture / private equity and healthcare transactions is preferred. Securities law knowledge is a plus, but not required. Should be exceptionally detail-oriented individual with strong work ethic, high integrity and independently motivated. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Should have ability and desire to work remotely in dedicated work space, with bi-weekly or monthly in-person meetings in Nashville, TN as necessary.
