Salary The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience. Law Firm is looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney to join its Cleveland office. The ideal candidate will have experience specializing in labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination and wage and hour matters. They will have experience in managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, as well as drafting legal documents such as motions and discovery requests, conducting research on legal issues associated with the case and drafting legal briefs and motions. The successful candidate must have excellent analytical and writing skills, strong communication skills and must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which they are applying. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of labor and employment cases, and will be expected to manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.
