Legal Secretary The candidate will assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, organize and maintain files. Will be responsible for: opening and closing files, filing hard copies of documents and materials, maintains files and case lists - records of all addresses and contact information in each case for correspondence. Organize, scan and file correspondence, pleadings and all other documentation in the proper files. Transcribe dictation as needed. Finalize and send out documents. E-file legal documents. Mus have 3 years of experience as a legal secretary. Ability to transcribe dictation is needed. Typing speed of 70+ wpm is essential.
