Title : Immigration Associate Attorney

Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will be working directly with clients to obtain information to prepare applications, take detailed declarations, determine appropriate and available evidence and develop arguments for asylum, hardship waivers, extraordinary ability visas and other immigration applications. Preparing and filing applications with USCIS and Immigration Court. Preparing clients for interviews and court appearances and representing them at their USCIS interviews and court hearings. Drafting trial and appeal briefs, and prehearing statements. Managing a caseload, including deadlines, client communications and workflows. The candidate should have a Bar License from any U.S. State. At least one(1) year of immigration or other legal experience preferred. Excellent written, listening and oral communication skills. Strong collaborative skills - our office works as a team. Ability to shift and manage priorities and deadlines in a high volume, dynamic practice. Facility with technology tools, including case management, document automation, and internal and external communication tools. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred but not required. Work authorization in the United States required.
