Family Law Paralegal The candidate will be screening prospective clients. Assisting with the drafting of pleadings. Communicating with clients, opposing counsels offices, and the court. Assisting with discovery, filing, and serving cases. Calendaring and various administrative tasks while accurately recording billable and non-billable time spent and tasks performed in accordance with the firm's policy. Should have 3+ years of solid civil litigation experience. ProLaw experience is a plus.
