Reports to the Office Manager. Qualifications: Legal or Insurance or Medical Office Experience. Assistant or Management experience helpful. Notary license helpful. General Office Skills; Excellent Phone and Interpersonal Manner; Critical Thinking and Problem Solving; Ability to Write; Bilingual English/Chinese required.
