Litigation / Litigation Support Attorney The candidate Should have 2 years of personal injury litigation experience. should already licensed to practice in Tennessee and comfortable representing injured plaintiffs as the lead attorney of record. Licenses for Arkansas and/or Mississippi are pluses. Should be ready to take on a moderate caseload and hit the ground running with assistance from Pod Leaders and our Litigation Support Department.
