Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 year litigation associate to assist with discovery, legal research, depositions, motion preparation and court appearances on insurance defense matters with an emphasis on habitability, toxic tort and general liability. Must be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail, strong writing and analytical skills, and be able to work efficiently and independently. Must have a valid California State Bar number. Should have 1 year of relevant experience. Active member of the California State Bar (Required).
