Litigation Paralegal The candidate will drafting and e-filing of court pleadings/motions/discovery, correspondence and legal documents; assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial; maintain calendar and tracking of critical deadlines; effective communication skills and daily interaction with attorneys, clients and court assistants; extensive computer and database expertise. Use of PCLaw for time entry and document management a plus. Must have experience in civil litigation/trial work with strong writing skills with attention to detail. Must be able to organize binders and exhibits for hearings or trial.
