Bankruptcy Paralegal Duties: Drafting and case management, as well as interpersonal duties to assist the firm in providing a high standard of service to clients. Will interact and build relationships with our clients, while supporting attorneys with drafting bankruptcy petitions and schedules, memos, letters, motions, and orders, and preparing for hearings. Play an integral role in creating memorable experiences for clients. Requirements: 2+ years of experience working in Bankruptcy. Should know how to draft all documents involved in Bankruptcy.
