Civil Litigation Associate The candidate should preferably have 2+ years of experience for a wide variety of litigated matters in State and Federal courts throughout Virginia. Should preferably also have experience in matters involving bodily injury and business torts, and other business actions and remedies. Experience with discovery involving ESI will be valued. Virginia Bar admission is required. Maryland and/or DC Bar admissions a plus. An excellent academic record is required.
