Worker's Compensation Paralegal/Trial Preparation The candidate will draft and file Motions. Review client payroll records and create wage analyses. Review medical records and create medical summaries. Create record treating set exhibits to prepare Attorneys for deposition. Create trial exhibits, including, but not limited to: medical records, medical bills, wage analysis, expert opinions to prepare Attorneys for trial. Coordinate with various team members to ensure trial exhibits are fully prepared prior to hearing. Assist Attorneys with settlement demands. Light legal research. Other duties as assigned by Attorney or Management Team. Two-year degree or higher degree is a plus. Experience at a Personal Injury/Worker's Compensation Law Firm is preferred. Exposure to/familiarity with Worker's Compensation is a plus. Paralegal experience is preferred.
