Paralegal - Personal Injury/Insurance Coverage The candidate will have knowledge of the personal injury process from signing up a client to filing a petition, be able to draft pleadings, prepare discovery, write correspondence, meet with clients, be familiar with filing documents with the court, process service, and track and follow up on calendaring and deadlines. The candidate must have at 5-10 years of paralegal experience. High school or equivalent is preferred. Must be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done, be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision, and have prior experience assisting with trials.
