Associate Attorney (Litigation) Duties: Handle defense litigation for local businesses, property owners, security service providers, product manufacturers, and dozens of other businesses in a wide range of industries. Qualifications: Should have graduated from an ABA-approved law school, have a valid CA state bar license, and excellent writing skills. 3+years of litigation experience as an attorney. Must want a challenging, fast-paced litigation position with like-minded (and fun) attorneys. Must have experience in product liability, general liability, consumer warranty, personal injury, or professional liability litigation.
