Employment Litigation Attorney The candidate should be an experienced employment law attorney. Should have 2 years solid litigation experience. Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair) is preferred. Should have first-hand experience in all aspects of lawsuits; intake, drafting complaints, motion practice, discovery, depositions, etc. Knowledge of State and Federal Court systems/procedures required. Must be barred in NJ & NY or NJ & PA (or at least able to immediately waive into those other jurisdictions.).
