Attorney - Immigration Candidate will meet with clients during initial consultations. Will review preliminary eligibility, provide the client with available legal options, develop legal strategy and will be expected to assist staff in completing all necessary steps towards the legal needs of the case such as completing various immigration forms, collecting necessary documents and conducting complex legal research to resolve concerns. Prefer a person with experience in immigration law. Should be able to formulate written legal arguments to advocate for approval of various waivers and applications and should be comfortable representing applicants in front of immigration officials. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
