Immigration Paralegal The candidate assists attorneys in multiple types of legal work including gathering and organizing supporting documentation, completing forms, drafting cover letters, in support of eligibility for attaining various types of immigration benefits such as RP, CP, NIV i.e H-1B, L, E, R, U Visa, VAWA and waivers and assists in the preparation of PERM applications. Drafts legal briefs and supporting documentation for filing with immigration courts. Must have 3+ years of experience in immigration law. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) a must. Excellent computer skills is essential.
