Litigation Attorney The candidate should have stong litigation background and the desire to work with a real estate and construction docket. Must have 2+ years experience to handle a sophisticated motions practice and discovery for its litigation docket. Work will also include client consultation on projects resulting from contract review and evaluation. Should be exceptional and experienced legal writers, have a solid understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and the litigation process, and enjoy plenty of client contact, discovery, research, and drafting. Must have the desire to work in litigation. 2+ years of litigation experience. Case analysis and evaluation. Experience in billing detailed time entries. Excellent customer service as well as written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
