Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years Estate Planning and Administration experience and must be able to work independently. Will be responsible for managing and producing a high volume of complex, detailed work involving estate administration and trust administration and Tax (including IRS forms 706,709,1041 and 990). Experience in researching complex legal issues, and interacting with clients. Responsibilities: Preparing probate and estate administration documentsl Preparing accountings for both estates and trusts; Preparing death tax returns, including federal and state estate tax returns and state inheritance tax returns; Reviewing wills and trust agreements, in colloboration with attorneys, in order to implement the plan during the estate and trust administration process and to fund trusts; Solid analytical and research skills.
