Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working directly with trial attorneys throughout the litigation process and will work on all phases of litigation from beginning to end. Will contact clients, witnesses, attorneys and other outside parties to schedule interviews, meetings, depositions etc. Organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems. Prepare and draft correspondence and legal documents. Prepare and file exhibits, pleadings, briefs, appeals and other legal documents with the court or opposing counsel. Must have Minimum of high school diploma/GED. Must have 4+ years experience in litigation paralegal role, preferably in a personal injury law firm. Knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure is required. Exceptional organizational, communication and problem solving skills is required. Must have experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
