Paralegal Litigation The candidate will manage and track case progress, deadlines and reporting deadlines for case handling guidelines, with writing skills commensurate to produce same. Must have 3+ years of experience. Should have experience in preparing and answering discovery and summarizing discovery and medical records. Analytical skills to manage and acquire pertinent case information and evidence, including recommendation (based on discovery and medical information) for additional document acquisition is required.
