Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, specifically in either the area of Property Insurance Litigation (plaintiff-side). Experience with either the State Attorney's or Public Defender's Office is a plus. Must be able to manage a significant caseload, demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial, and provide superior client service. Must possess strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills. Must have extensive experience taking and defending depositions. Must have extensive knowledge and experience in first-party property claims and litigation. Must be skilled in evaluating cases. Should have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong problem-solving skills. Must have excellent organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must be technologically savvy, very comfortable using process management systems and fully and effectively utilizes available technology and automation.
