Contract Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will assist with the heavy caseload of NY No-Fault cases. Open claims for motor vehicle accidents (BI and NF). Management of Case Load. Follow up with medical offices regarding clients treatment. Consistently follow up with clients. Communicate with insurance companies regarding the claims. Negotiate a settlement with adjusters. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. File claims in E-Court (if licensed NY Attorney). The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in New York No-Fault Law; a license, practicing in No-Fault Law that would like additional consistent work; excellent written and verbal communication skills; a positive, curious, playful disposition; a genuine love for and excitement for the law. Must be passionate about assisting clients during the difficult part of their lives; autonomous. Must stay abreast of any new personal injury laws; love a challenge and are always seeking new opportunities.
