Bilingual Immigration Paralegal The candidate Should have 5+ years of experience in continuous immigration (Adjustment of Status, Waivers, Consular Processing, Various types of Citizenship, CSPA, CCA, etc.). Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Should have strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization. Should have excellent time management, and organization, with the proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate recommendations for improvement are necessary. Should be able to thrive with minimal supervision and direction. Understands and looks forward to meeting KPIs on a weekly basis. Should demonstrate from past assignments they can learn new tasks quickly; have worked with attorneys in the management, preparation, filing, and monitoring of various immigration and nationality law applications and petitions; have acquired advanced knowledge of the procedures and documentation required for cases to be filed successfully; have successfully worked with clients to gather the necessary information and documentation promptly.
