Ensures that the attorney has all of the relevant materials ready when the attorney has meetings, court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials. Sets up and manages new client and Firm files; closes files at the conclusion of the case. Makes copies and scans, mails and faxes documents. Requirements: Must have a high school diploma, but some advanced education at a college or university is preferred. Must have 2-3 years experience working at a law firm that handles litigation in state and federal courts. Must be able to speak and write in Spanish fluently.
