Paralegal The candidate will join personal injury law firm. Spanish-speaking candidate a plus. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree as well as strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of database programs and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Interpersonal skills and understanding of the importance of privacy and confidentiality with regard to client and medical information. Communication and writing skills necessary in order to work effectively with a diverse group of attorneys and staff in person, by e-mail and by telephone in order to obtain and provide information in an appropriate business manner. This position requires a candidate who is reliable, punctual, detail oriented, accurate, extremely organized and can handle multi-tasking and prioritizing in handling assignments. The candidate must be able to follow directions, work independently and must be persistent in follow up.
