Medical Malpractice Attorney The candidate Should have 2+ years' experience practicing personal injury. Experience handling medical malpractice cases is required. Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar is needed. Licensed and in good standing with CO, AZ, and/or NM State Bars is a plus. Should have experience drafting and responding to motions. Must have experience taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions. Substantial knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence is required.
