Mass Tort / Asbestos Paralegal The candidate will draft routine legal documents. Manage multiple cases from start to trial. Collect documents from various sources. Collect, organize, analyze and summarize medical records. Review and analyze documents. Conduct various document searches and factual research. Must have experience in all phases of the litigation process. Should have ability to effectively set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects for several attorneys. Must have ability to search database programs and assist with organizing, summarizing and/or categorizing documents. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Paralegal Certificate preferred with Bachelors Degree strongly preferred. Should have 2+ years of experience to assist its Toxic and Mass Tort Litigation practice area. Candidates with prior asbestos defense experience in PA and/or WV is a plus.
