Effect national phase entry of PCT applications via our network for foreign associates or specialized vendors; ensure foreign deadlines are reported to clients and satisfied by agents, including formal document requirements, requests for examination, office action responses, grant formalities, etc. Coordinate and communicate with clients, draft correspondence reporting deadlines, responses as filed, send reminders, etc. Perform online research via public access websites, and U.S. and foreign patent offices. Knowledge of CPi docketing software and IPDAS document production and IDS software is a plus. Organize and maintain electronic client files; maintain and manage prior art lists. Complete special projects including assignment, intake, and due diligence projects, as assigned. Perform overall support for all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent portfolio management. May perform other duties, as needed. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. Should have 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department experience.
