Coordinate, oversee, and facilitate the filing process, including the electronic filing of documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Support SEC investigation work, including Bates stamping and compilation of supporting documents. Support board meetings and governance, including preparing agendas and resolutions and drafting minutes. Qualifications: Graduation from a four-year college or university with a Bachelor's degree. Should have 10+ years of experience with the corporate transactions; Law firm experience preferred; or any combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience with reporting requirements under blue sky securities laws is preferred but training will be provided. Experience with High Q is preferred but training will be provided.
