Legal Secretary The candidate will do document collection and preservation, document review, document production tasks, and maintaining case filing and databases. Must possess the skills to coordinate with teams, providing assistance such as drafting correspondence, creating PowerPoint presentations and handouts, filing, and preparing documents for meetings, hearings and conferences. Should possess 2+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary. Must have excellent organizational, word processing, and professional level people skills. Must also possess a proven history of handling multiple priorities with great focus in an efficient and effective manner. Excellent proofing, editing and writing/communication skills are a must. Should be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe/Nitro and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite, proofreading and typing.
