Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will assist with complex civil litigation matters. Must have 2-3 years of litigation experience, ability to draft and argue motions, experience in trial preparation and research, and success in taking and defending depositions. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Must exhibit strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines, work independently and within a team environment, and be willing to travel state-wide. Litigation experience is required.
