Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1 2 year Associate Attorney with Insurance Defense and/or civil litigation experience. First Party knowledge and experience preferred. Should have experience attending depositions and hearings, have the ability to draft status reports, motions, and be able to work independently. Should also possess excellent writing and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to develop and execute pretrial approaches, exercise sound judgment, and think creatively. Must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, deadline-oriented environment.
