Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3 years of experience in personal injury and property damage defense with a Paralegal certificate; excellent organizational skills, be able to follow directions, as well as have grammar and spelling ability; the ability to multitask and be able to successfully work in a fast-paced team environment; strong knowledge regarding motions, discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation. Working knowledge of ProLaw is strongly recommended. Asbestos and toxic exposure experience is a plus.
