Litigation Paralegal Candidate must be an experienced personal injury paralegal who speaks Creole. Must have handled all aspects of personal injury cases. Candidate must know how to draft demand letters to insurance companies, draft pleadings and discovery, e-file, and otherwise prepare a case from inception through conclusion. This position involves the daily interaction with clients, doctors offices and insurance companies. The ability to speak Creole is a must.
