Litigation Paralegal, Construction team The candidate should have 3-5 years experience with litigation. Will review and organize the investigative file, bringing all important information to the attention of the responsible attorney; prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, jury charges, voir dire, and trial preparation material; Review records and draft chronologies, annotations and summaries; prepare and serve subpoenas; interview witnesses and summarize interviews. The paralegal should have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to multitask and meet deadlines. Paralegal Certification is required.
