Tax Attorney The candidate will prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports. Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets. Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements. Create new processes to improve financial efficiency. Report analysis and findings to the management team. Oversee bookkeeping and payroll. Specialize in tax and has some experience in accounting. Work mostly with another in-house CPA, the managing partners, and financial department.
The candidate must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with previous experience in accounting or other related fields; fundamental knowledge of GAAP; experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools; detail and deadline-oriented skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be organized, professional, responsible, and capable of working with limited supervision. Must be a team player with a friendly attitude and self-motivated.
