Associate Immigration Attorney Candidate will work for Family based immigration. 3+ years' experience. Must have experience with I-130 s, I-485 s, I-601 s, I-601A s, I-751 s, N-400 s, consular processing, I-212 waivers, and related immigration processes for family based immigration. Will be at least somewhat knowledgeable about employment based immigration and deportation defense. Will be minimally supervised and have your own cases to work. Will have several consultations per day and are expected to keep up to date with all of your cases, take walk in clients, and occasionally answer the phone. Will accompany clients to the USCIS building for administrative hearings. Must be bilingual in Spanish.
