Commercial and Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: preparing for and attending mediations, hearings, and depositions (including taking and defending depositions); conducting pre-trial discovery; engaging in settlement negotiations; managing own caseload; providing status updates to clients per the requirements of clients; and conducting legal research. Must have 2-3 years of experience with Florida Bar admission. Prior litigation experience is preferred. Prior billing experience is desired.
