Should have 2+ years of legal experience with corporate law or immigration law. Fluency in mandarin is a plus. Substantive understanding of legal requirements and supporting documentation for immigration filing. Substantive understanding of startup fundraising processes, startup company mechanisms, mergers and acquisitions. Examples of verbal and written communication skills are needed.
