Bilingual Associate Attorney - Corporate, Transactional, Real Estate The candidate must have 3+ years of meaningful legal experience and be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the State of Florida. Must be a transactional attorney with experience in corporate governance, contracts, compliance and regulatory matters, real estate development, and commercial leasing. Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 law firm is strongly preferred. Fluency in both Spanish and English is strongly preferred. Must have excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school. Should have outstanding references.
