Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney The cabdidate will do Case handling, including analyzing, assessing and executing litigation strategies through all stages of litigation. Proactive client communications, including providing liability coverage analyses to clients. Represent clients at litigation proceedings, including at hearings, motions depositions, and mediations. Should have 2+ years of Medical Malpractice and/or Elder Abuse. Trial experience is a plus. Should be from an accredited law school and current good standing with the California State Bar. Should have proven work experience in Medical Malpractice and/or Elder Abuse litigation, demonstrable experience researching, analyzing, deposing, and handling cases. Should be detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and case analysis abilities. Embodies core values of respect for leadership, hard work and integrity. Should be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in general/civil litigation.
