Title : Immigration Litigation Paralegal

Immigration Litigation Paralegal Candidate will handle all types of immigration applications, family and employment based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Will interview witnesses, take statements, prepare affidavits and other documents necessary for successful case submission. Will report directly to Senior Attorney. Candidate will have 2+ years full time experience preparing and documenting common USCIS and EOIR benefits and waiver applications. Must be a detail oriented self starter who with attorney direction can handle a moderate to heavy caseload primarily involving removal, asylum, and other forms of relief from removal including Cancellation, SIJ, U, and VAWA cases. Must be fluent in Punjabi or Spanish and will have a bachelors degree or equivalent as well as familiarity with eImmigration case management software. Requires strong technical writing skills and critical thinking.
