Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be preparing employment based cases such as H1Bs, I-140s, I-485 and family based applications. Responsibilities include: Preparing under attorney's supervision, H1B visas; I140s and I485 employment based applications. Corresponding with clients and government officials under attorney supervision. High school or equivalent. 2+ years of solid experience in business immigration required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Computer proficiency (word, excel,outlook, etc) required.
